This fill was just--- I've been staring at it for a while now and it's so sad and beautiful and perfect. ;_; I loved the bit of Kagome/Inuyasha there (It’s Kagome and he loves her so much that sometimes he feels like he’ll burst with wanting, with the need to touch her and make sure she’s really there.). It somehow makes the Inuyasha/Kikyou all the more poignant♥
Also, this: the way she always knew to wake up for him when it rained.
Wahh. This makes my heart hurt, but in a good way! *happy sigh* I lovelovelove what you did with my prompt, Annie. The atmosphere is just how I imagined it to be - especially the little details of Inuyasha's memories of Kikyou (e.g., of Kaede sleeping too close in the next room.) This was brilliant♥
